License & Billing — Premium Plans, Payments & Team Management

Explore license types, secure purchasing, billing management and assigning Premium seats to team members.

License & Billing Guide:

1. Free & Premium License Plans

CargoLoader3D offers Free and Premium licensing. Compare available access levels, then select a 24-hour, weekly, monthly or yearly Premium plan. Team administrators can purchase licenses and choose the number of Premium seats.

2. Purchasing a Premium License

Open Licenses, choose Premium, select the billing period and number of seats, then continue to checkout. Review the order total, country-specific taxes and payment methods before completing payment securely through Paddle.

3. Subscription Overview

The Licenses overview displays the current plan, subscription status, billing cycle, seats, payment method and next billing date. Team administrators can manage the subscription from this panel.

4. Change Your Billing Cycle

Changing from monthly to yearly takes effect immediately, with prorated charges. Changing from yearly to monthly is scheduled for the next renewal; the existing annual period remains active until then.

5. Add or Reduce Premium Seats

Use Change Seat Count to manage between 1 and 20 seats. Additional seats become available immediately with a prorated charge. Reductions are applied at the next renewal.

6. Invoices & Payment Methods

Use Invoices to review and download available invoices. Payment Method allows team administrators to update renewal payment details and the billing email address.

7. Cancellation & Short-Term Licenses

Cancellation takes effect after the already-paid period ends; Premium remains available until then. Reactivation is possible before expiry. One-time 24-hour and weekly licenses provide simplified billing views.

8. Billing Status & Scheduled Changes

When renewal payment fails, the subscription may show Past Due while payment is retried. Update the payment method to resolve billing problems. The Overview page also displays scheduled plan or seat changes.

9. Assign Licenses to Team Members

In Team, invite users by email, review pending invitations and assign Premium or Free from each user’s Licence dropdown. Seats may be assigned while an invitation is pending. If none are available, add seats or reassign an existing one.

10. Further Information & Support

Only team administrators can manage paid licensing. Available payment methods vary by country. For step-by-step instructions, use the documentation links below or contact our support team.
