Refund Policy
CargoLoader3D - Software Fabrica Bilişim Anonim Şirketi
Last Updated: 21/10/2026
This Refund Policy (the “Policy”) explains how refund requests for CargoLoader3D (the “Service”) are handled. It forms part of, and must be read together with, our Terms of Service. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meaning given in the Terms of Service.
1. PAYMENTS AND REFUNDS ARE PROCESSED BY PADDLE
1.1. All purchases of Licenses are made from Paddle.com Market Ltd. (“Paddle”), which acts as the merchant of record and is the seller of record for every transaction. Paddle processes payments, collects applicable taxes, issues invoices (available at paddle.net), and processes all refunds. Software Fabrica does not process payments or refunds.
1.2. Refunds are governed by the Paddle Refund Policy (paddle.com/legal/refund-policy), which applies to your transaction alongside this Policy. Where this Policy and the Paddle Refund Policy differ, the Paddle documents apply. Your purchase contract is with Paddle, and Paddle Buyer Terms and Paddle Refund Policy also apply to your transaction.
1.3. If local consumer protection laws, the Paddle Refund Policy, or this Policy provide you with different levels of protection, the highest level of rights will always apply. Nothing in this Policy limits your mandatory consumer rights. Statutory withdrawal and cancellation rights, including the conditions, time limits, and country-specific rules that apply to your purchase, are set out in the Paddle Refund Policy. Paddle, as seller of record, applies the highest applicable standard of protection in each territory.
1.4. Where a digital service is supplied immediately after purchase, the statutory right of withdrawal may be lost if you expressly consent to the supply beginning before the end of the withdrawal period and acknowledge that you lose the right by doing so. Paddle's checkout collects this consent and acknowledgment at the time of purchase.
2. REQUESTING A REFUND
2.1. You may request a refund within 14 (fourteen) days of the date of your transaction.
2.2. To request a refund, contact Paddle using either of the methods set out in the Paddle Refund Policy:
- Submit a request via the support link provided in your receipt or within your account's billing page (the “View receipt” or “Manage subscription” link in your purchase confirmation email); or
- Visit paddle.net and select “Request refund.”
2.3. Consumers in the European Union may also use the online withdrawal button available in the Paddle Customer Portal during the 14-day withdrawal period. You can access the Customer Portal using the “Manage subscription” or “Manage transaction” link in your purchase confirmation email or by visiting paddle.net.
2.4. If you are eligible for a refund, Paddle will process it using the same payment method as the original transaction where possible and within 14 days of approval of the request. Statutory withdrawals are refunded within 14 days of Paddle receiving your request.
3. REFUNDS FOR TECHNICAL OR PRODUCT DEFECTS
3.1. This Policy does not affect your rights in relation to a Service that is not as described, faulty, or not fit for purpose.
3.2. If you experience a persistent technical issue with the Service or a material defect that prevents you from accessing the features or benefits as described, please contact us first at info@cargoloader3d.com so that we can attempt to resolve the issue. If the issue cannot be resolved, contact Paddle's support team via paddle.net and provide details of the issue and any response received from us. Where there is evidence of a material technical or product defect, Paddle will issue a refund in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
4. REFUNDS AND ACCESS
4.1. If you receive a refund, access to the relevant License and features will cease in accordance with the Paddle Refund Policy.
4.2. Refunds will not be issued where there is evidence of fraud, refund abuse, or other manipulative behavior.
5. SUBSCRIPTIONS, CANCELLATION, AND CHARGEBACKS
5.1. You may cancel a subscription at any time through the Paddle Customer Portal, using the “Manage subscription” link in your purchase confirmation email or by visiting paddle.net. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the applicable billing period and prevents any further payments from being taken.
5.2. We encourage you to contact Paddle before raising a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank, card issuer, or other payment provider, so that the matter can be resolved directly. If you initiate a chargeback or payment reversal, access to the Service may be temporarily suspended while the matter is reviewed. This does not affect your lawful rights to dispute a charge under card-scheme or consumer-protection rules.
6. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
6.1. We may amend this Policy from time to time. The version in force at the time of your purchase governs that transaction. Changes take effect when published on our website.
